You already know players and families who could use help getting recruited. Refer them to us. If they become a paying HVOS client you earn a commission — and the more you refer in the same month, the more each new one is worth.

What it pays

Your first four referrals in a month pay $300 each, the next five pay $500, and every one after that pays $800. Reaching a higher rate changes what the next referral pays — it does not go back and repay the earlier ones.

Every month is a fresh start
Your referral count resets at the beginning of each calendar month, so every month is a new opportunity to reach the higher commission tiers. A big month does not carry over, and a quiet one does not hold you back.

The referral qualifies once they become an HVOS client and payment has been received.

Each referral pays the rate for its place in the month, and your commission is included in the next monthly payout.
Why this exists
The players who need us are already standing next to someone.
There are talented football players all over the country who need recruiting help — more direction, more visibility, a real process.
There are also thousands of people who already know those players, and already know something is not working.
This is how those people put a player in front of us, and earn something for the ones who sign.
Who can refer
You do not have to be in the business.
There is no application and nothing to sign up for. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Program terms
How the money works.
- You earn a commission once the person you referred signs up as an HVOS client and we have received their payment.
- Your referral count resets at the start of every calendar month, and commissions are paid monthly.
- If a referred client cancels or is refunded before the commission is paid, that referral does not qualify.
- A referral has to be attributable to you, so get in touch and tell us who you have in mind before they reach out to us on their own.
- Anyone already an HVOS client, or already in our system as a prospect, does not count as a new referral.

The details
- When do I earn a commission?
- Once the person you referred signs up as an HVOS client and we have received their payment. Commissions are paid monthly.
- Do I get paid just for sending someone to HVOS?
- No. Sending us a name or a phone number does not earn a commission on its own. The person has to become a paying client for the referral to qualify.
- How much can I earn?
- It depends on how many qualifying referrals you generate in the same calendar month. Your first four pay $300 each, your fifth through ninth pay $500 each, and everything from your tenth onward pays $800 each. So six referrals is four at $300 plus two at $500 — $2,200.
- Does my referral count carry over?
- No. The count resets at the start of every calendar month, so your next month begins again at $300 and climbs the same way. A rate is never locked in and never lost — each referral simply pays whatever its place in that month is worth.
- What counts as a referral?
- A new prospect who is referred to HVOS and subsequently becomes a client. Someone who is already a client, or already in our system as a prospect, is not a new referral.
